Flor Patisserie

Flor Patisserie

Hopped over to Duxton Hill for some sweets, it was roughly 3/4pm-ish when we were here,
There is indoor seating but it was full so we sat on the little stool outside.
It was shaded area phew, what a Sunny day in Sg.
Why os the weather becoming so warm again!

Look it's the mini van delivering some strawberiess heheheh so cute!
& Spot our cakes ^^

1. First up, Napoleon $7.20
This was good! It has 2 crispy piece on each side,
the inside of the cake taste like strawberry shortcake!
Defnitely for the berries lover, really light and refreshing!
They do serve berries berries as well (if you are looking for a simple berry cake),
but this was a little more special with the crust on the outside!

2. Earl Grey ($6.95)
Topped with earl grey cream on top, it wasn't too dense.
A faint smell of earl grey, with a banana in the middle, which came as a pleasant surprise to us.
We wasn't expecting any fruits here well maybe some berries!
It was refreshing to have the banana together with the earl grey cream.
The base of the cake was choc i guess it's soft and yummy too!
Recommend this for the adventure seeker, we couldn't finish the cream ><

Overall, I would say their cakes are pretty exquisite, just look at how the cakes are so carefully arranged.
For the value wise, I can understand why these little cakes are slightly on the steeper side,
I am guessing it's the ingredients they used and the cakes was really soft & fresh too!
-----
Might pop by for a visit again to try their tarts, seemed really tempting too!
& maybe a slice of strawberry cake for myself.
A great place to chill & have some not-so-sinful hightea ( the portion is not too overwhelming per slice)!
-----
Do note that the place isn't that big so a group of 4-6 is better in case you can't find seats
Love how their cakes look so effortlessly yummy!

xx.
