GRUB

Finally came here for a catchup session with E!
We had hard time locating this place, made a big detoured just to get here! phew

It's definitely a place to go when you just want to unwind yourself.
It's within a park so you can take a stroll after dinner or even a romantic quiet date on a weekday!

Heard many good review about this place, so I decided to try it out myself!
No doubt, it was good!!

Got myself a Crispy Fish Burger ($14)

My first impression, "Boy,what a fishyy burger" super cute burger!
& it was really crispyyy ^.^
Craving for some fish just typing by looking at it!!
& I just love how they put it on a wooden board to serve!

& E got her Grub CheeseBurger ($13)
I tried a bite, the cheeseburger patty isn't too dry so not bad too!
Do you spot a pickle? (left side)
We had no idea was that deliberate or was it meant to place it aside for decorating purposes...hmm

Oh & yes they had fries in a cup too pretty cool idea!
But it wasn't serve warm, I love my fries warm and fresh :S
---------

We didn't had any desserts cause we were both quite full..
A cosy place to be after a long day at work
A satisfying dinner! :)
Will come back for brunch someday!

TIM HO WAN

This is my 2nd time visiting this Dim Sum Restaurant!!
Despite the long queuing time, I think it's all worth it! ^^
I love dim sum!
-----

Look it's the highly raved Char Siew Bun @ ($4.50 for 3)
Also my favorite here!!

BBQ PORK BUN!! (*.*) *Drools*

Nuff' Said, this is the BOMB!
Crispy on the outside & soft on the inside!
taste.so.good! it has a tad bit of chewiness too!
You gotta try this!
(be sure to eat this when you are not feeling 3/4 full, enjoy eating it when you are feeling really hungry! then you'll know what I mean >.< hehehe)

-----
My next favourite here will the Crispy Eggwhite Spring Roll ($4.20)
hahahha opps one piece is missing!
It has got prawns inside, the layer was surprisingly crispy and thin ^^
yumyum

------
Sorry for the lack of picture in this post,
I can be quite bias and thus only showing you my fav food here!
The steam egg cake was a little disappointing imo.
No doubt it's soft but it kind of lack flavour, too blend for my liking
Especially so after you eat the bbq pork bun the steam egg cake seem average~
-----
The Siew Mai was good as well, didn't manage to take any pic though,
We gobbled it down opps!
Overall, a worthwhile dimsum place you should come at least once in your life!
We were so full ate the rice, carrot cake, vermicelli rolls & it's only $20!
Very affordable & filling meal! yayyy
-----
Feel so blessed after eating the pork bun ^.^
If only they serve custard bun as well that will be heavenlyyyyy!
Till next time!

MAGNUM PLEASURE STORE

Don't you just love Ice Cream on a Sunny Day?!
How about some Magnum maybe?
Well, I had a go to "Make My Magnum" @ Magnum Pleasure Store with my girlfriends
(Above Photo Credit: Magnum FB Page)
----------
So basically, it consist of 3 steps:

1. Choose 3 toppings (Assorted toppings to chose from)
2. Decide which type of chocolate you want to dip in (Choose from White Choc, Milk Choc or Dark Choc)
3. Choose one more choc sauce to drizzle in
----------

& Ta-Daa
you take a seat & munch it down! :D

Here's my very own Magnum:
Topped with Marshmallow + Almond Flakes + Heart
Dipped in Dark Choc & White choc drizzle

Don't be tricked by the red hearts
The heart look really pretty but it was really hard to bite, real crunchy
Verdict: Due to sg weather, the ice cream tends to melt really fast after you take a bite so we had to eat it fast before your hands gets messy
& it can be a little too sweet for me. But it's a good try nevertheless. :D
