Popped by Gayatri Restaurant with my fellow Indian colleague!

First time trying Chicken Dum Briyani, yes I am quite slow indeed.

Didn't know that "dum" actually mean that the rice is soaked in the curry sauce.

Hmm I would say, it will say it will be better if it's like plain briyani rice then a curry dip at the side for myself to pour hahahah

There was egg & a chicken with my favourite Pappadam!! ^^

My indian friend told me something really funny, she mentioned how every Chinese she knows love to eat Pappadam as snacks, she does'nt even know why.

Which is true, because I love pappadam don't you my fellow chinese friends?
